- Standard Shipping: Delivered within 10-15 business days via DHL or FedEx. Shipping fee: $12.95.
- Free Shipping: Available for orders over $50, delivered within 15-25 business days via EMS.

Returns & Exchanges Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a hassle-free returns and exchanges process.
Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

Non-Returnable Items
Based on our product categories, the following items are non-returnable:
- Clogs: Due to hygiene reasons, clogs cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are defective.
- Sandals: Sandals that have been worn or show signs of use are not eligible for return.
Returns & Exchanges Process

Refunds
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges
If you are requesting an exchange, we will ship the new item to you once we receive and inspect the returned item. Shipping costs for exchanges will be covered by the customer unless the exchange is due to a defect or error on our part.
